    The top is marked Evans, it may or may not be the original top part
    I cannot find a sterling mark but it certainly appears to be silver and is worn like soft silver wears after aging and use
    Unique cherub/floral design, very unusual lighter
    Good vintage condition, typical wear consistent with age & use, silver is worn in spots, nicks around edge of chamber for top, please see pictures
