Vintage Evans Blue Porcelain Cigarette Lighter w/Original Sticker

Up for auction is a Vintage Lighter that I purchased at an Estate Sale. It is in pre-owned condition.
It is approximately 5” in diameter. It is blue porcelain with gold tone dots and lighter.
It has an original sticker on the bottom as pictured.
I am not a collector so, please look over all the pictures prior to purchase and ask any questions or request any additional pictures. I have not attempted to light it.
It is being sold “as is”.
