There is staining along the top, a surface abrasion in the top left corner of the back cover, tape repairs at both the top and bottom seam and several small edge tears. Despite these flaws, this rare piece of sheet music will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
