    The company was incorporated in Maine in 1903.
    The certificate comes with 2 pieces of stationary that have beautiful renderings of  machinery.
    The company was formed to manufacture automatic machinery for operating hydraulic presses. The company owned and operated a fully equipped machine shop at 22nd & Shamoken Sts. in Ambler PA which is outside of Philadelphia. The shop was later purchased by The Eastern Foundry & Machine Co apparently in 1919.
