Includes everything shown in the photos.
All letters and documents are originals, except 2 copies of letters from the Tennessee Department of Public Safety related to Whitley's February 1984 DUI. (These letters are original to the office files, but are vintage photocopies.)
All other letters are from Cumberland Heights addiction treatment center, and are addressed to Don Light Talent, Whitley's manager.
Each page measures 8 1/2" x 11" and includes detailed information about Whitley's progress while in rehab, and his discharge information.
includes 5 original letters, with 4 of the original mailing envelopes. One letter also includes a copy of a 5-page discharge summary for Whitley.
Found stored in the archives of Whitley's former manager Don Light, after his death.
No rips, tears, holes, , or repairs.
