This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the one-week, Post-Broadway engagement of the CY COLEMAN, DOROTHY FIELDS and MICHAEL BENNETT musical comedy "SEESAW" at the Municipal Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri beginning July 23rd, 1974. (The production opened March 18th, 1973 at the Uris Theatre in New York City and ran for 296 performances before going on the road.) ..... This single page, one-sided handbill measures 4 1/4" X 10 1/4" inches and includes excerpts from several New York reviews and a ticket order form on the front. The backside is blank ..... CONDITION: With the exception of heavy creasing at the top and bottom and paper loss in the top right corner, this rare handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
