    This is a rare "GOTHAM LIFE" from the week of May 17th, 1936 (Volume XXXI, No. 52) featuring JANE COWL on the front cover. She was starring in the Original Broadway production of the GEORGE S. KAUFMAN and KATHARINE DAYTON comedy "FIRST LADY" at the Music Box Theatre. CONDITION: With the exception of minor wear along the seam and light soiling to the back cover, this rare magazine is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
