This is a rare October 8th, 1996 program (playbill) from the two-night, Post-Broadway engagement of the JERRY HERMAN and MICHAEL STEWART musical comedy hit "HELLO, DOLLY!" at the Opera House in Lexington, Kentucky. (The revival opened October 19th, 1995 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City and ran for 116 performances before going on the road.) .....
