This is a rare October 8th, 1996 program (playbill) from the two-night, Post-Broadway engagement of the JERRY HERMAN and MICHAEL STEWART musical comedy hit "HELLO, DOLLY!" at the Opera House in Lexington, Kentucky. (The revival opened October 19th, 1995 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York City and ran for 116 performances before going on the road.) ..... The musical starred CAROL CHANNING as "Mrs. Dolly Levi Gallagher", the role she originated in 1964 and featured JAY GARNER, LEE ROY REAMS, SCOTT BRIDGES, MONICA LEE GRADISCHEK, JAMES DARRAH, MONICA M.
