Safely stored away and never used, this is in BRAND NEW gem mint gift quality condition.
Measures approximately 12 1/4 inches by 6 1/4 inches, and has four holes pre drilled in it so you can secure it to your front or back license plate. The colors are sharp and glossy. See photos for more details.
